As an account services team, we build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our advisors by facilitating communication with weekly updates and status notifications with all processing information to establish client’s accounts with our custodian. By prioritizing every client for our advisors, we provide service support by providing informative responses to keep business moving forward. By acting as the liaison between advisor and custodian we collaboratively solve problems and go above and beyond to discover and gather relative information to complete goal-oriented tasks to open accounts efficiently. We advocate for each of our advisors and their clients to correct and solve problems that in turn allow for the advisor to pursue and focus on bringing on more clients for their book of business.
